Director of Special Services - Janitorial Services

Salary: 70K

Responsibilities

Business Development

• Demonstrate a minimum of 10% compounded annual growth rate in gross profit from a blend of new business and existing accounts
• Make 3-5 face-to-face contacts per week. This breakdown should be a blend of 25% prospects and 75% with existing customers arranged through weekly coordination with Region‑75 district managers
• Responsible for qualifying your own prospects
• Responsible for generating your own quotes
• Develop strong customer relationships
• Utilize effective presentation skills to present new or existing products
• Close new business deals

Operations

• Provide business development ideas
• Recommend products and procedures
• Connect operators to training opportunities
• Assist technical inquiries and advise on technical solutions
• Provide on‑job support and training
• As required, participate in the operation as a technician
• Responsible for quality assurance and operational inspections
• Responsible for execution of all special service in accordance with the 4M SOP to include hiring and staffing, operational playbook, and budgetary management
