Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
• 10+ years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in supply chain or production roles focused on complex mechanical/electrical assembly.
• At least 5+ years in a leadership position.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Negotiate complex commercial terms to establish best pricing, quality, flexibility, delivery, payment, warranty, and service terms.
• Collaborate with supply chain experts to develop best practices.
• Work with engineering, program management, finance and other leaders to negotiate tradeoffs and resolve issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Define KPIs to track supply chain health and drive improvements.
• Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, hiring top talent.
• Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks and disruptions.
