Job summary

Telemetry Today LLC is seeking a Director, Solutions/Conceptual Design to lead the team responsible for developing end-to-end technical solutions for new customer opportunities and strategic pursuits.

The Director oversees Communication Systems Architects, translating mission needs into complete system architectures while balancing performance, risk, cost, and schedule. You will partner with Product, Business Development, customers, and Engineering to drive differentiated, executable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization responsible for developing end-to-end technical solutions for new customer opportunities and strategic pursuits.
• Oversee a team of Communication Systems Architects to define differentiated, technically credible, and executable solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Business Development, customers, and Engineering to translate mission needs into complete system architectures.
• Own the technical solution from early concept and customer engagement through capture, proposal, contract definition, and transition to execution.
• Balance mission performance, technical risk, cost, schedule, product reuse, and competitive differentiation in architecture work.
• Help shape product and technology strategy by identifying common customer needs, emerging capabilities, and architectural investments.
