• Portfolio Strategic Leadership: Direct and lead the execution of a portfolio of utility-scale solar projects, ensuring alignment with safety, schedule, cost, and quality commitments.
• People Development & Leadership: Lead and develop the team by applying PBM frameworks and mentoring direct reports.
• Operational Excellence And Quality: Drive safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement with robust quality standards.
• Financial Stewardship & Risk Management: Support budget development, monitor expenditures, and mitigate operational risks.
• Stakeholder Communication & Reporting: Provide regular updates on project performance, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
• Innovation And Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and implement innovative strategies.
