DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineering Solutions company, is looking for a Director of Construction to lead a portfolio of utility-scale solar projects from inception through completion. This role can be remote within the U.S. with 50% travel to project sites and DEPCOM offices as needed.

You will oversee project delivery, drive safety, schedule, cost control, and quality while mentoring the construction team and coordinating with stakeholders to maximize value and ensure on-time project delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading multi-project construction teams.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent solar or energy projects.
• Proficient with MS Office including Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Proficient with project management software.
• Strong financial acumen with budget development and cost control.
• Valid driver's license.

Aufgaben

• Direct and lead the execution of a portfolio of utility-scale solar projects, ensuring safety, schedule, cost and quality commitments.
• Provide strategic oversight on contracting strategy, subcontractor and self-perform models, and schedule risk management.
• Mentor and develop the construction team using PBM frameworks and regular feedback.
• Drive operational and quality excellence with safety culture and continuous improvement.
• Support budgeting, monitor expenditures, and manage risks to maximize value creation.
• Communicate project performance, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
