Job summary

DEPCOM Power, an EPC firm and Koch Engineering Solutions company, seeks a Director of Construction to lead the Project Delivery team for a Mid-Atlantic portfolio. Role can be remote in the U.S. with 50% travel to project sites and offices as needed.

You will oversee multi-project execution from inception to completion, driving safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance. The candidate will bring strong project/construction management, team leadership, and stakeholder communication, with

Qualifications

• Construction experience leading teams.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with varying scopes and deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Proficient with project management software.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget development and cost control.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead the execution of a portfolio of utility-scale solar projects, ensuring alignment with safety, schedule, cost, and quality commitments.
• Provide strategic oversight and guidance to portfolio construction leaders on contracting strategy, subcontractor and self-perform execution models, schedule risk management, and proactive mitigation of critical path constraints to optimize portfolio performance.
• Lead and develop the team by applying PBM frameworks to deepen knowledge, strengthen understanding, and drive value creation, with regular feedback and development opportunities.
