Job summary

Toyota Financial Services is seeking a Director of Software Engineering to lead technology strategy and multiple teams delivering enterprise CX platforms. You will partner with product and enterprise leaders to drive scalable SaaS solutions across cloud and on‑premise environments.

You will recruit and mentor senior engineers, own delivery plans, and align technology with business goals while leveraging ML/GenAI capabilities to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus.
• 15+ years in engineering with 7+ years in management.
• Proven experience building large-scale CX platforms and multi-tenant SaaS.
• Strong product lifecycle understanding and REST API development.
• Experience with public cloud and on‑premise environments.
• Experience leading and scaling diverse engineering teams.
• Knowledge of ML/GenAI applications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all technology initiatives within the domain and develop a strategy.
• Lead multiple teams to deliver domain technology goals.
• Partner with Product and Enterprise leaders on long-term tech plans.
• Hire, retain, and grow senior engineering talent.
• Ensure delivery plans from initiation to closure and report progress.
