Qualifications

• At least 5 years in people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and grow multiple product-focused software engineering teams.
• Mentor and guide engineers on professional and technical development.
• Collaborate with product managers to define capabilities and test scenarios.
• Continuously improve software engineering practices across teams.
• Design, develop, test, implement and support full-stack solutions across various tools and technologies.
• Ensure craftsmanship, availability, resilience and scalability of solutions.
• Stay current with tech trends, experiment with new technologies and mentor others.
• Foster innovation, inclusion, outside-the-box thinking and teamwork.
• Improve velocity of teams and cross-team collaboration.
• Lead deployment of new and existing applications to AWS environments.
• Break monoliths into microservices and build new microservices.
