Qualifications

- 8 years software engineering experience as an alternative path.
- 3 years supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of complex software, data, and ML systems across platforms.
- Oversee full SDLC including architecture, deployment, and maintenance.
- Drive backlog prioritization, capacity planning, and system optimization.
- Collaborate with product and data teams on AI/ML features.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies and align roadmaps with priorities.
- Foster high-performing teams through mentorship and development.
- Implement cloud cost optimization and DevOps practices.
