Job summary

You will oversee the full development lifecycle, promote DevOps, and drive cost optimization while mentoring high-performing teams. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field and 6 years’ software engineering experience.
- 8 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
- 3 years' supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of complex software, data, and ML systems with reliability and scalability.
- Oversee full software development lifecycle including architecture, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Drive backlog prioritization, capacity planning, and system optimization.
- Collaborate with product and data teams to deliver AI/ML-enabled features.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies and align roadmaps with priorities.
- Mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams.
- Implement cloud cost optimization and champion DevOps practices.
