Job summary

You will mentor engineering teams, including offshore associates, drive root cause analysis for critical issues, collaborate with business partners on priorities, and champion continuous improvement through new technologies and strong software practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/SE or related field with 5+ years software engineering experience.
- Alternatively, 7 years of software engineering experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale cross-functional engineering projects and oversee design and code reviews.
- Mentor engineering teams, including offshore associates, with guidance and performance feedback.
- Drive root cause analysis for critical issues and implement preventive solutions.
- Collaborate with business partners to identify priorities and ensure timely delivery.
- Lead discovery phases with stakeholders for high-level designs, prototypes, and PoCs.
- Promote continuous improvement by adopting new technologies and fostering learning.
