Seminole Casino Coconut Creek is seeking a Director of Slot Operations to lead the Slot Department and collaborate with property leadership to ensure fair people practices, strong guest service, and compliant operations.
You will oversee day-to-day slot operations, analytics, staffing, and policy development, mentoring subordinates, and driving strategies to maximize performance while upholding Seminole Gaming standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; related field preferred.
- 10+ years of slot experience; 3+ years at director level.
- Experience with Slot Systems (SDS, SMS, CMS).
- Proven ability to develop department policies and guidelines for profitability and efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead a high-performance team.
Responsabilités
- Lead Slot Operations and direct department initiatives.
- Oversee daily slot department operations, staffing, and performance metrics.
- Develop and implement policies in line with Seminole Gaming standards.
- Mentor direct reports and develop successors for the director role.
- Collaborate with Property leadership on recruitment and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with NIGC and federal regulatory requirements.
- Analyze slot machine layout and optimize staffing and floor space.
- Drive marketing initiatives for the Slot Department.
