Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Support Services in Florida is seeking a Slot Operations Support role under the Slot Performance Manager to assist with operational responsibilities and ensure smooth casino slot operations.

Responsibilities include currency and ticket accountability, balancing cash, staffing and scheduling, staff training, maintaining guest player services, and adherence to procedures. A High School Diploma and 4–6 years in slot operations are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4–6 years of slot operations experience preferred.
• Knowledgeable about all casino slot games.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Should be an effective trainer. Will be expected to train employees in slot operations.
• Must possess basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Ability to compute discounts and percentages.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Proficient with keyboard, mouse, reading computer/machine screens, and operating handheld validation units.
