You will partner across engineering, design, data science, content, customer success, services, sales, and marketing to move capabilities from customer need through discovery, launch, adoption, and outcome realization. The ideal candidate brings deep enterprise SaaS product experience, a strong track record building products that customers adopt and love, and the judgment to balance long-term platform strategy with the operational rigor required to ship. Experience with AI-native and skills-based capabilities is a strong plus — AI is an increasingly central theme across the Learning portfolio.
