Qualifications

• 10+ years in a people manager role that provides leadership to people managers and/or a professional staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee the daily operations of the service delivery function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
