Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director to oversee community marketing efforts and drive census growth across multiple locations. You will develop quarterly plans, train staff on inquiries and tours, and coordinate external outreach with senior care partners.

The role requires 3+ years in senior care marketing, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Three years’ experience working as a marketing director in senior care.
• Demonstrated ability to build a census.
• Ability to analyze data and develop and implement a marketing plan.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and complete projects on time.
• Must possess strong oral and written communication skills and be proficient using computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee internal and external marketing efforts of the community to meet or exceed census targets.
• Develop quarterly marketing plans in collaboration with the marketing team and comply with corporate standards.
• Lead internal marketing meetings and manage inquiries personally when in the building.
• Provide staff training for inquiry handling and improve benchmarking via the Mystery Shopping Program.
• Enter calls in the lead tracking system and conduct external marketing calls according to schedule.
• Develop Resident Referrals and promote incentive programs while ensuring readiness for move-ins.
