Corporation Service Company in Wilmington, Delaware, is seeking a Director of Technology to lead the Security Products ecosystem and a worldwide team. You will align security initiatives with the CTO vision and oversee domain, brand and fraud protection, plus monitoring tools across a 24/7 environment.

The role requires a decade of software development leadership in a large global organization, with strong cyber security expertise and a deep understanding of IT and data center operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of recent experience in Software Development.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in a large global organization.
• 10+ years of prior leadership experience, preferably in the field of Software Development.
• Customer management software experience.
• Technical background must be in the Cyber Security space.
• Knowledge of Cyber Security threat vectors.
• Good knowledge of IT, Internet and Data Center Technology.
• Practical experience with data center operations and environments.
• Operational experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Team Management: manage a global team of Software Engineers and professionals, including interviewing, hiring and training.
• Technology Management: oversee proprietary technologies for a 24/7 DBS Digital assets environment.
• Policy and Procedure Development: establish and enforce security policies and guidelines, ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaboration and Communication: work with various teams and senior management.
• Client communication: meet with customers to review reports and provide technical analysis of incidents; onboard new customers and portal access.
• Continuous Improvement: stay updated with trends and improve capabilities, processes and procedures.
