Job summary

CSC is seeking a Director of Technology in Wilmington, DE to lead the Security Products suite and oversee a global engineering team. The role requires strategic planning, hands-on leadership, and collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Hybrid work is offered (3 days onsite/2 days remote). You will drive security-focused technology decisions, manage proprietary platforms, oversee risk mitigation, and ensure delivery of critical cyber security initiatives across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of recent experience in Software Development.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in a large global organization.
• Knowledge of Security Products.
• 10+ years of prior leadership experience, preferably in the field of Software Development.
• Bilingual/Multilingual skills preferred.
• Operational experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develops the strategic vision, objectives, and goals for Security Products in alignment with the CTO vision.
• Team Management: Oversees a global team of Software Engineers and professionals, including interviewing, hiring, and training.
• Technology Management: Manages proprietary technologies for DBS Digital assets in a 24/7 environment.
• Policy and Procedure Development: Establishes and enforces security policies and guidelines.
• Collaboration and Communication: Partners with teams and senior management across the organization.
• Client communication: Engages with customers for reporting, technical analysis, onboarding, and access.
• Continuous Improvement: Tracks trends and enhances technology capabilities and processes.
