Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced AppSec leader to drive secure SDLC practices across enterprise engagements and SaaS deployments. You will mentor teams, shape delivery accelerators, and translate risk into actionable remediation roadmaps while partnering with account teams on pre-sales.

You'll work with C-suite stakeholders, oversee delivery quality, and apply OWASP knowledge to mitigate threats in complex SaaS environments, guiding clients toward resilient security hygiene and secure

Qualifications

7-12+ years of AppSec experience (secure SDLC, vulnerability management, threat modeling, pen testing).
Deep knowledge of the OWASP Top 10 and common app-layer vulnerabilities.
Practical SaaS security experience including IAM, API security, and shared-responsibility model.
Strong executive communication; comfortable with CISO/CTO level discussions.

Responsibilities

Lead and validate security engagements for enterprise customers.
Advise on vulnerabilities, risk-based remediation roadmaps, and secure configurations.
Oversee end-to-end delivery, scoping, staffing, timelines, and risk ownership.
Partner with account teams on pre-sales, discovery, and SOW development.
Mentor staff on security substance and client-facing engagement skills.
