Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an Associate Director, Information Security Strategy & Analytics to partner with ISRM leadership and the CISO to define the function's strategic direction while leading the team responsible for security reporting and analytics.

The role translates business priorities, risk insights, and security data into actionable insights for strategic decisions, owning platforms and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 9+ years of experience, or Master's with 8 years, or PhD with 4 years.
• Experience in information security strategy, security program leadership or security transformation in a large organization.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder engagement with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the metrics and reporting team, including hiring and performance management.
• Develop cross-functional security reporting for leadership insights.
• Define ISRM's strategic direction and multi-year roadmaps grounded in risk insights.
