Job summary

Minnesota United FC is seeking a part-time Stadium Operations Staff member to support event and non-event days at Allianz Field in St. Paul, MN, and MNUFC2 games at the National Sports Center.

You will gain hands-on experience in professional sports facility operations, working primarily at Allianz Field with some event days at other venues. The role reports to the Facility Operations Manager and requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility or stadium operations preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude with strong work ethic and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Aid in game day setup, execution, and teardown.
• Assist with setup for special events according to event layouts.
• Help with maintenance, upkeep, and organization of the stadium.
• Report deficiencies during stadium inspections to supervisors.
