Job summary

CAMBA in the Bronx is seeking a Program Director of Security and Operations to lead security operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate reporting to leadership and funders. The role requires supervising staff, implementing QA measures, and managing crisis prevention strategies.

Responsibilities include policy adherence, incident reporting, staff development, and effective communication with clients and colleagues to maintain a safe, compliant environment across CAMBA sites.

Qualifications

• Some College, HS Diploma or GED.
• Security license.
• Two years of relevant experience.
• Three to five years of supervisory experience.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all Federal, State, City, and CAMBA security and privacy policies.
• Report any monitoring visits, funders’ events, incidents to the Vice-President/Executive Vice-President.
• Confer with VP/EVP and HR regarding programmatic and personnel issues.
• Provide information for weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports to management and funders.
• Lead and participate in program meetings as requested.
• Oversee security operations at CAMBA sites.
• Ensure regulatory compliance via site visits to Supportive Housing sites.
• Maintain adequate staffing levels to ensure safety and security of operations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, staff, peers, and supervisors.
• Analyze program data to make improvements and develop QA measures.
• Crisis prevention/intervention strategies to maintain a safe environment.
• Adhere to CAMBA policies and procedures.
