Job summary

Fidelity Charitable is seeking a Director, Architect to lead security architecture for complex technology programs. You will drive strategic security solutions, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and shape enterprise security standards and roadmaps.

The role emphasizes strong technical vision, leadership across cross-functional teams, and the ability to influence senior leadership on risk and delivery. Onsite work models are being rolled out and security foundations are prioritized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• Solid understanding of security architecture and threat modeling.
• Hands-on cloud security experience, especially AWS.
• Experience with identity management and access controls.
• Strong collaboration across product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Define security architecture across multi-year programs.
• Influence product roadmaps and enforce security standards.
• Produce blueprints and frameworks for secure design.
