Job summary

Deloitte Technology US (DT-US) seeks a senior Director of Cybersecurity Architecture & Engineering to lead security capabilities across AI, microsegmentation, cloud security, and Zero Trust. You will set technical direction and partner with the Global security team to mature solutions protecting client and firm data.

You will guide architecture teams, mentor staff, manage cross-border initiatives, and contribute to strategy and budgeting while advancing security standards and hardening practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in security architecture, network/cloud security engineering, or IT governance.
• Proficiency in security architectures, tools, and processes across network, cloud, and Zero Trust environments.
• Minimum 5 years of managing a combination of individual contributors and managers.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to travel 0-10% based on work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security architecture processes and standards across Deloitte US entities.
• Direct microsegmentation architecture and strategy to contain breaches.
• Assess and evaluate infrastructure and cloud security solutions (CNAPP, CWPP, CSPM).
• Lead secure application access policy design for Zero Trust Network Access.
• Advise on Zero Trust, DevSecOps, and AI security initiatives.
• Contribute to annual strategic planning and budgeting.
• Mentor staff and lead teams.
• Operate with minimal supervision, guiding leadership on security matters.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
