Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD/MD/MPH or equivalent with the required years of experience as stated in basic qualifications.
• Ten+ years in biopharma, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences consulting with cross-functional expertise.
• Proven ability to frame ambiguous, high-stakes questions and translate evidence into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in obesity, cardiometabolic disease, or similar rapidly evolving therapeutic areas preferred.
• Exceptional executive communication, judgment, and ability to influence at the highest levels.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across R&D, Medical, Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Supply, and related functions.
• Serve as agile problem-solving leader across the scientific and operations remit.
• Lead end-to-end priority work: define decision and hypotheses; determine analytical approach; mobilize data and experts; synthesize findings; recommend action; track impact.
• Integrate scientific and operational information into decision-ready views of options, dependencies, uncertainties, and trade-offs.
• Build reusable analytical capabilities, including scenario models, evidence maps, risk dashboards, and leading indicators; apply AI where it improves outcomes.
• Develop the long-term team, operating model, and governance across global capabilities and analytics teams.
• Foster a culture of intellectual honesty, analytical rigor, and accountability with strong standards for integrity and data governance.
