Amgen seeks an analytics leader to guide strategic analytics for the U.S. Obesity business. You will translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior leaders, shaping market strategy, launch readiness, and customer engagement.

This role requires influence, data fluency, and a commercial mindset. You will lead the secondary analytics agenda, integrate diverse data sources, and drive insights that inform brand performance, market development, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or master/bachelor with significant analytics experience as a baseline requirement.
• Experience translating data into actionable business recommendations for senior leadership.
• Strong commercial acumen with analytics supporting market development and launches.

Responsibilities

• Serve as analytics advisor to senior commercial leadership on market dynamics and performance.
• Own and evolve the analytics agenda for the U.S. Obesity business and launches.
• Integrate internal/external data to generate actionable insights on HCP, patient behavior, and market trends.
• Translate findings into recommendations shaping brand strategy, targeting, and resource allocation.
• Lead executive performance management, scenario planning, and high-priority analyses.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and other functions to align decisions.
