Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Director of School Operations to oversee operational excellence across Connections Academy schools. You will partner with school leaders, coach leadership teams, and ensure compliance, scalability, and strong student experiences across the portfolio.

The role requires an advanced degree in Education or Management, strong leadership, and a data-driven approach. Travel is expected as part of leading multiple schools and partnering with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years proven leadership experience as a Principal or equivalent level.
• Advanced degree in Education or Management is required.
• Virtual school leadership experience is required.
• Strong communications skills and data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and coach multiple school leaders across a portfolio.
• Establish consistent operational expectations across schools.
• Monitor operational health and compliance indicators across schools.
• Lead hiring and onboarding of school leaders.
• Support enrollment growth through operational readiness.
