Job summary

Plum Borough School District seeks a Director of Facilities to lead maintenance, operations, and safety across all district buildings and grounds in the Greater Pittsburgh Region.

You will supervise facilities staff, manage budgets, coordinate with contractors and engineers, ensure compliance with codes, and advance energy management and capital projects in support of district educational goals. This on-site leadership role requires strong collaboration with district leadership and school teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, building operations, and grounds maintenance within educational or comparable institutional settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, operations, and safety of all district buildings and grounds.
• Lead facility planning, preventive maintenance programs, custodial services, and capital projects; coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers.
