Boden Us is seeking a Director of Facilities to lead a large university campus in Chambersburg, PA. You will oversee daily facilities operations, maintenance, custodial, and grounds activities to ensure a safe, compliant, and well-presented environment for students and staff.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will manage budgets, coordinate with vendors, supervise skilled teams, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery across the campus facilities portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in facilities management within large institutional environments.
• Proven experience leading facilities teams, maintenance, custodial, or building operations.
• Strong leadership, people management and team development skills.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, and operational budgets.

Responsibilities

The Role

To be successful in the role of Director of Facilities, you'll bring:

• 3-5+ years' experience within Facilities Management, ideally in higher education, K-12, healthcare, or other large institutional environments.
• Proven experience leading facilities, maintenance, custodial, or building operations teams.
• Strong leadership, people management, and team development skills.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, and operational budgets.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, although equivalent industry experience will also be considered.
