Chartwells K12's Central Noble Community School Corporation in Albion, IN is seeking a student-focused Director of Dining Services to oversee nutrition programs across three schools and an on-site daycare, serving approximately 500 meals daily.

This leader will manage a team of 11 frontline associates and be responsible for daily operations, financial performance, USDA compliance, and delivering a positive dining experience for students.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.
• Three plus years of foodservice management experience required.
• Dining experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account.
• Maintains excellent relationships with the client.
• Works with the team in creating nutritious and top quality food for the students.
• Implements new culinary programs in conjunction with the Company marketing and culinary teams.
• Acts as a liaison between the Company, Client, and the community.
