Job Summary

Central Noble Community School Corporation in Albion, IN is seeking a student-focused Director of Dining Services to oversee nutrition programs across three schools and an on‑site daycare, serving approximately 500 meals daily. This leader will manage a team of 11 frontline associates and be responsible for daily operations, financial performance, USDA compliance, and delivering a positive dining experience for students. The operation participates in both the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and National School Breakfast Program (NSBP).

This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands‑on leader who enjoys building strong teams and relationships. Central Noble has a highly supportive client partnership and a stable, long‑tenured account. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills, K‑12 food service experience (preferred), and a passion for student nutrition. The position offers excellent work‑life balance with a Monday through Friday schedule and time off during evenings, weekends, holidays, and school breaks.

Key Responsibilities:
