Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with school-age youth/families in community programs.
• Strong supervisory skills and youth development knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel and work days/evenings/weekends.

Aufgaben

• Manage all School Age youth programs and services: After-School and Summer Day Camp.
• Develop, plan and implement high-quality youth programming using development principles.
• Plan educational trips to foster learning and academic success.
• Obtain licenses required to operate School Age programs.
• Perform youth outreach and data input for records and reports.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for agency and funding sources.
• Hire, supervise and evaluate staff; conduct staff development sessions.
• Coordinate staff orientations, meetings and trainings; monitor calendar events.
• Collaborate with partners to support youth and families.
