Job summary

Metric DCX, on behalf of a top-10 national general contractor, seeks a Director of Scheduling to lead enterprise-wide scheduling across regions, focusing on data center projects and other commercial markets.

You will develop baselines and master schedules from preconstruction to completion, provide risk forecasts and recovery plans, and mentor a team of schedulers.

This role partners with executive leadership to deliver schedule insights and drive project strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction scheduling experience on major commercial projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of critical path, sequencing, and risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling strategy, standards, and processes across regions and projects.
• Develop and maintain baseline and master schedules from preconstruction through completion.
• Provide schedule analysis, risk forecasting, and recovery planning for active projects.
• Support pursuit efforts and project planning with accurate schedule insights.
• Mentor and develop a team of schedulers to ensure consistency and performance.
• Present schedule reporting and metrics to project and executive leadership.
