Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Director of Fraud/Loss & Incident Management to lead the global fraud program, end-to-end incident response, and business continuity planning within Global Controllership. This role develops analytics, controls, and processes to identify risks and strengthen preventive measures while coordinating across Cyber, Legal, Treasury, and Controllership teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in internal audit, fraud investigation, incident management, or related risk discipline.
• Experience with cyber threats, fraud risk, and cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST.
• Ability to work non-standard hours during active incidents.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate cyber-enabled fraud and financial loss risks across multiple teams.
• Perform regular reviews of fraud prevention processes and drive continuous improvements.
• Provide training and guidance to business teams on fraud awareness and preventive behaviors.
• Prepare senior management report-outs for major incidents with root-cause insights and remediation actions.
• Define and maintain metrics to monitor incident activity and fraud trends.
• Act as liaison between business, Cyber, Legal, Treasury and Global Controllership to resolve incidents.
