Job Title: Director of Sales
Location: Remote (U.S.-based candidates only)
Compensation: $170,000 – $200,000 base + Bonus (OTE $230K–$270K)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director of Sales to lead and expand our client’s new business efforts. You’ll be responsible for developing pipeline strategy, managing a growing team of AEs, and driving enterprise sales across the commercial insurance sector. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and brings a track record of building high-performance sales teams within early- to mid-stage B2B SaaS companies.
Required Experience:
15+ years of experience in B2B Technology Sales, with at least 8+ years focused on SaaS solutions
5+ years of experience managing, hiring, and scaling sales teams
Proven success selling into enterprise or upper mid-market clients
Strong understanding of full sales cycles, from prospecting through close
Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success to drive GTM strategy
Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and pipeline forecasting
Ability to thrive in a startup or growth-stage environment
Industry experience in insurance, fintech, insurtech, or regulated B2B software is a strong plus
