The position reports to the Director of Commercial Sales and requires a proven track record in high-value industrial sales, with strong negotiation and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, or business; MBA or advanced Engineering degree preferred.
• 8+ years of sales experience in energy/BESS or related sectors.
• 4+ years of BESS or Renewable Energy sector experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end sales strategy for grid-scale and large-scale commercial energy markets.
• Own the deal lifecycle from prospecting to MSAs and LTSA negotiations.
• Manage a robust pipeline and provide accurate forecasting to leadership.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and EPC partners to structure favorable commercial terms.
• Build deep relationships with utilities, IPPs, and hyperscale customers to win contracts.
