What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and regional sales teams
- Lead and support the management team by setting goals and fostering a high-performance workplace
- Manage and develop sales agents across the region
- Create and implement an annual Regional Business Plan aligned with strategic targets

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven success in large-scale project sales and regional key account management
- Experience in the industry and manufacturing processes
- Track record of developing solutions that win customers and build long-term relationships
- International exposure either through direct global operations or working abroad

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with matrix organizational structures and corporate-level engagement
- Strong understanding of market requirements for applications and existing product lines
- Ability to facilitate knowledge sharing of market intelligence across internal stakeholders
- Experience with CRM and pricing systems for tracking responsibilities
- Background in motivating and leading teams through effective communication and change management
