Position Overview

This is a director-level position responsible for planning, reporting, forecasting, sales process optimization, sales development, territory planning, and supporting sales compensation administration and Board meeting preparations. The role includes system administration of all sales tools/systems and managing sales/marketing team members.

Responsibilities
  • Planning, reporting, forecasting, and managing sales quotas.
  • Guiding product and pricing strategies to meet revenue goals.
  • Establishing a sales operations structure to promote strategy and operational excellence.
  • Influencing CRM and sales technology strategies to scale with business growth.
  • Developing policies for data integrity in CRM systems.
  • Creating KPIs and dashboards to monitor sales performance.
  • Collaborating with finance and HR on sales incentives.
  • Acting as a sales advocate and managing escalations.
  • Facilitating deal reviews and policy compliance.
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Managing direct reports and overseeing sales training and enablement.
  • Preparing Board meeting materials and maintaining sales playbooks.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years in sales, operations, or marketing roles.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification preferred.
  • Experience with sales automation tools, especially Salesforce and related platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and present to executive management.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales/marketing, or related field.
