Qualifications

• Proven sales leadership experience in media, broadcast, digital, or advertising sales.
• Strong digital fluency, including programmatic advertising, CTV/OTT, streaming, audience targeting, data, and measurement.
• Track record of driving revenue growth across multiple platforms.
• Experience leading and coaching sales teams, including sellers and sales managers.
• Ability to build high-performing teams through talent development, accountability, and consistent performance management.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall revenue performance and accelerate digital/CTV growth through integrated, outcome-focused selling.
• Maximize inventory, leveraging popular sports and live events, breaking news/weather, and other high-visibility opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and elevate team performance with a disciplined operating cadence (pipeline, forecasting, productivity).
• Develop go-to-market strategy, strengthen key accounts, and expand new business in priority categories.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver best-in-market execution and client outcomes.
