Job summary

Sethi Management seeks a Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing/E-Commerce to lead sales, marketing, and e-commerce strategies across the company’s hotel portfolio. The role drives topline revenue, oversees branding, and optimizes online channels to capture bookings and grow market share.

The position reports to the COO and requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in hospitality, revenue management collaboration, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in sales, marketing and e-commerce within the hospitality industry.
• Experience in multi-unit leadership with major brands is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of revenue management and online sales strategies and systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in CRM and PMS systems, e-commerce platforms, and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute sales, marketing, and e-commerce strategies for all hotels in the portfolio.
• Drive topline revenue through multiple channels and optimize e-commerce platforms.
• Collaborate with revenue management to establish pricing strategies.
• Engage with clients, travel agencies, and partners to drive growth.
• Oversee digital campaigns and branding to maximize bookings and awareness.
• Provide analytics-driven insights to executive leadership for growth.
