Job summary

Rainmaker Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to lead all sales efforts for Home2 Suites Blue Ash. This role drives business development, client relationships, and revenue strategy across corporate and group segments, partnering with brand revenue leadership to maximize performance.

The position oversees the full sales function, collaborating with operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences and leading a team to achieve targets in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Hotel sales experience is preferred.
• Director of Sales or Senior Sales Manager experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic understanding of revenue management and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive all sales efforts across corporate, group, and local segments.
• Prospect, solicit, and secure new business through direct outreach and brand channels.
• Respond to and manage incoming leads (Cvent, MeetingBroker, direct inquiries).
• Negotiate rates, manage contracts, deposits, and payment details.
• Partner with brand revenue leadership to align on pricing and inventory management.
• Analyze market trends to adjust sales strategies and maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with on-property teams for seamless booking to departure.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property tours.
• Maintain records, reporting, and forecasting in brand systems.
• Participate in leadership discussions to drive performance.
