The Position
The Director of Sales is a key member of the Commercial team, responsible for driving CTI’s growth and success. This role involves collaborating with leadership to develop, implement, and monitor a strategic sales plan aligned with organizational goals. The Director will coach team members, build client relationships, and lead the sales team to meet revenue targets. It requires a strategic mindset, problem-solving skills, and cross-departmental collaboration to ensure alignment and efficiency. The pay range for this role in the U.S. is $130,400 - $179,300 plus commission. Salary varies by location based on market and cost of living.
