A leading communications company is seeking a Director of Sales to drive sales growth and manage key relationships. This remote position involves strategic account management, leadership of the sales team, and collaboration across various cross-functional teams. Candidates must have substantial experience in sales management, particularly in the wireless communications sector, and demonstrate excellent leadership and communication capabilities. Salary: $125,000 to $143,000
The Director of Sales’ primary functions are to drive sales growth for the prepaid channels manage the sales team culture, own key account engagement and relationships, and drive the relationships with key ODMs. The Director must utilize key reporting, including established Power Bi tools, Salesforce account dashboards, and other vital business tools to drive metrics and accountability across the team. This role also involves a great level of involvement in driving key marketing calendar items, managing promotion schedules, key device launch schedules, and QBR’s, while working with key cross-functional team members in Operations, Marketing, Demand Planning/Procurement, and Finance.
This position will primarily be remote. Because this position will be handling confidential client information, when working remote, you must work from your home office and with a strong/reliable internet connection.

Qualifications
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position has no supervisory responsibility.
Work Environment
Remote, work-from-home. Consider whether your home environment is conducive to remote work, as you will be expected to be on video meetings and calls and present your setting in a professional manner.
Physical Demands
Factors include the demands of other household members, household construction, appropriate lighting, seating, and other basic conditions. Set expectations with others in the home regarding interactions and availability.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
You must be available during the established work hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Travel will be managed by the Director of Sales, working with EVP of Sales, around strategic account management and relationships with key ODMs. Travel is likely 40-50%.
