Job summary

Beasley Media Group in Las Vegas seeks a Director of Sales to lead our local advertising team across multiple platforms. You will drive revenue, mentor a team of business development executives, and build strong community relationships.

The role requires 3–6 years of media sales with leadership experience, a track record of meeting revenue goals, and proficiency in digital advertising products. Competitive base with commission is offered.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of media sales experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or mentoring capacity.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals in broadcast radio, digital media, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of digital advertising products including programmatic display, SEM/SEO, streaming audio, and social media.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, and closing skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and digital reporting platforms (Google Analytics a plus).

• Model best-in-class sales behaviors and serve as a mentor for developing talent
• Partner closely with the Market Manager to execute on revenue strategy and hit cluster goals

• Achieve and exceed individual and team revenue budgets
• Build strong relationships within the Las Vegas business community
• Represent Beasley at local events, networking functions, and client entertainment opportunities
• Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital advertising solutions

What You'll Do

Team Leadership
