• Bachelor’s degree required in security/safety-related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred for leadership roles.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in multi-site operations.
• Experience in nonprofit management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations across ~40 locations, including housing sites.
• Develop trauma-informed safety protocols and resident-centered approaches.
• Manage access control, surveillance, and security vendors.
• Coordinate with Property Management, Housing Operations, and Resident Services to address safety concerns.
• Lead incident investigations and after-hours escalations.
• Represent organization in emergencies and build community partnerships.
