• Minimum of 5 years of progressive hospitality management experience in boutique, lifestyle, luxury, or extended-stay environments.
• Experience leading a rooms division including front office, guest services, housekeeping, and rooms operations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all daily rooms operations and guest services; uphold ROOST brand standards.
• Drive guest satisfaction, efficiency, and team productivity through SOPs and coaching.
• Oversee Little Wing café operations; ensure beverage/food quality and service excellence.
• Monitor revenue, labor costs, COGS, and operating expenses; manage budgeting and forecasts.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize occupancy and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members; foster a positive, service-oriented culture.
