Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 12 years with a Master’s, or 8 years with a PhD.
• 10+ years of experience in Engineering, specifically Robotics, Mechatronics, or Systems Engineering.
• 8+ years of management experience, including 5+ leading Engineering teams in Robotics/Automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, lead, and manage technology up to maturity at Lam.
• Report on development status and technology roadmaps to leadership.
• Develop automated maintenance technology pathfinding roadmaps.
• Identify development risks and mitigation strategies.
• Utilize technology management tools for tracking and managing progress.
• Lead cross-functional teams to support roadmap development.
