The role requires a nursing background with NM RN license, 5+ years in nursing and 3+ in a director/manager role, and ideally CPHRM certification within three years. Responsibilities include risk identification, investigations, training, and managing insurance matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• NM RN license is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience with at least 3 years in a director or manager role.
• Demonstrated experience in risk management within a healthcare setting.
• CPHRM certification is a plus, required within three years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership, healthcare providers, and staff to implement effective risk management solutions.
• Manage litigation‑related activities including investigations, interviews, and legal documentation.

• Serve as the facility's Compliance and Ethics Officer.

• Competitive salary range: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD
