The candidate will oversee incident investigations, training, and policy development while serving as the Compliance and Ethics Officer for the facility. A nursing background and leadership experience are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• NM RN license is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience with at least 3 years in a director or manager role.
• Demonstrated experience in risk management within a healthcare setting.
• CPHRM certification is a plus, required within three years of employment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD
