Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in risk management, insurance, claims, contracts, legal compliance, project management, or a related function.
• Experience supporting construction, infrastructure, energy, or industrial operations.
• Experience with large general contractors or EPC firms.
• Demonstrated experience managing commercial insurance programs across multiple lines.
• Experience coordinating with brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve risk management programs, policies, and processes.
• Identify, assess, and monitor risk exposures across operations, projects, and contracts.
• Provide guidance to leadership on mitigation strategies and program improvements.
• Establish and monitor risk indicators, loss trends, and risk reporting.
• Oversee insurance programs including renewal activities with brokers and underwriters.
• Manage claims processes across multiple lines and coordinate with legal and external partners.
• Evaluate alternative risk financing options and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead and mentor risk, claims, and related personnel to strengthen the function.
